Windysoft to publish localized version of THQ’s highly acclaimed
online RTS game
AGOURA HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 8, 2009--
THQ Inc. (NASDAQ: THQI) and Windysoft Co., Ltd (www.windysoft.net)
today announced a publishing agreement for Company of Heroes® Online™,
an online-only version of THQ’s critically acclaimed 3D Real-Time
Strategy (RTS) PC game Company of Heroes®, for the South Korean market.
Under the terms of the deal, Windysoft will act as the exclusive service
provider of Company of Heroes Online in South Korea, managing
everything from distribution to customer service and community
management. THQ will work closely with Windysoft to provide ongoing
technical support and live content for Company of Heroes Online
for the Korean market.
