    1.What is THQ Inc.?
     THQ Inc. is one of the world's leading independent developers and publishers of interactive entertainment software with fiscal 2009 revenue in excess of $800 million. We publish our games for all popular gaming systems, including Microsoft's Xbox 360®, Sony' PLAYSTATION®3, PlayStation®2 and PSP®; Nintendo’s Wii™ and DS™, Windows PC; and wireless devices. Some of THQ's best-known games are based on popular fighting brands such as UFC® 2009 Undisputed™ and WWE® SmackDown® vs. Raw®; original properties such as Company of Heroes®, de Blob®, MX vs. ATV™, Red Faction® and Saints Row®; and kids and family brands such as DreamWorks Animation, Marvel Entertainment, Disney•Pixar and Nickelodeon ™.

    2.When and where was THQ incorporated?
     THQ was reincorporated in Delaware in 1997. The company was originally incorporated in New York in 1989 under the name Trinity Acquisition Corporation, which changed its name in 1991 to T.HQ, Inc. through a merger with T.HQ, Inc., a California corporation.

    3.What does "THQ" stand for?
     "THQ" used to stand for Toy Head-Quarters, reflecting the Company's early focus as a toy manufacturer. However, since 1994 the Company has focused exclusively on the development and publishing of video games.

    4.Where is THQ located?
     THQ's executive offices are at 29903 Agoura Road in Agoura Hills, California 91301. Agoura Hills is approximately 30 miles north of Los Angeles in the West San Fernando Valley. The company also has international offices in Europe and Asia Pacific.

     THQ publishes a full spectrum of games for all ages.      THQ's retail customers include Wal-Mart, GameStop, Target, Best Buy, Toys "R" Us and other national and regional retailers, discount stores chains and specialty retailers.

    12.Does THQ offer any online games?
     Many of THQ’s games include an online play component. We are working with Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited to bring Company of Heroes® online in mainland China. We also have a massively multiplayer online (MMO) game in development based on the Warhammer® 40,000™ universe.

    13.When is THQ's year-end?
     Effective April 1, 2006, THQ began reporting its fiscal year on a 52/53-week period. Beginning with the fiscal year ending March 31, 2007, THQ’s fiscal year ends on the Saturday nearest March 31.

    14.When will THQ announce financial results?
     THQ generally reports earnings about five weeks after the close of the quarter in an interim quarter and roughly six to eight weeks after the close of fiscal year-end.
